Grede Foundry

A new Bag House (dust collector) for Grede Foundries, Inc. This structure is all concrete from it's 2' thick footings to 20' high 12" thick walls. On the interior 10' x 10' solid concrete blocks to hold down the 500hp motor and blower housing that is bolted to it. Outside there are numerous foundations supporting the metal structure on top of it. Total amount of concrete used in this project approached 700 cyds in an area less that 60 feet wide x 200 feet long.

T&M Warehouse

Concrete light posts 16' high designed and installed by T&M. A concrete column was placed on a 4x4x2 foot thick footing. Wood chamfer strips were attached to the tube form prior to the pour to add visual appeal.

Reedsburg Parks Department

Skateboard park for the City of Reedsburg. A great example of how concrete can be shaped in many different ways. Flats, walls, raised, slabs, 1/4 pipes it's all accomplished with concrete. A great addition to the community.
